Prof. Yuriy Orlov is associated editor of «Journal of Integrative Bioinformatics»  (http://journal.imbio.de/), editorial board member of «Current Bioinformatics» journal, and guest editor for BioMedCentral series - BMC Genomics, BMC Evolutionary Biology, BMC Genetics, guest editor for “Journal of Bioinformatics and Computational Biology”. He is Member of Russian Vavilov Society of Geneticists and Breeders, HUGO member, Member of the Organizing Committee of BGRS (Bioinformatics of Genome Regulation and Structure) conference series (Novosibirsk, Russia)since 2000. Prof Orlov received PhD degree in 2004, DrSci in 2014 and Professor of the Russian Academy of Sciences title in 2016. He had work in 2006-2011 at Genome Institute of Singapore, A-STAR.  
Prof Yuriy Orlov has published over 50 papers in peer-reviewed international journals. His Research interests are in Neuroinformatics, DNA sequence analysis, Integration of genome annotation and expression data, 3D genome structure modeling and Supercomputer applications in bioinformatics.

Dr Wei Min Huang
Nanyang Technological University, Singapore  
Dr Wei Min Huang is currently an Associate Professor (tenured) at the School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. With over 20 years of experience on various shape memory materials (alloy, polymer, composite and hybrid), he has published over 170 papers in journals, such as Accounts of Chemical Research, Advanced Drug Delivery Reviews, and Materials Today, and has been invited to review manuscripts from over 190 international journals (including Progress in Polymer Science, Advanced Materials, Advanced functional materials, and Biomaterials, etc), project proposals from American Chemical Society, Hong Kong Research Grants Council, etc, and book proposals from CRC and Elsevier. He has published two books (Thin film shape memory alloys – fundamentals and device applications, Polyurethane shape memory polymers) and is currently on the editorial board of over a dozen of international journals.
